I don't know if it's just me but I find it visually quite tiring... the bright white background and empty space is hard on the eyes for me.

No, I find the same. I also find it hard to immediately pick up where a quote ends and new comment starts. I know they’re fixing things bit by bit but I’m struggling with it. I’ve only viewed on my phone so far so may be better on a bigger screen.

Yeah, I just had a look back at my flagged ones, total of 12 in 17k posts, and apart from one in which I might have suggested that cats aren't my favourite animals as pets, they seem fairly bland. Even in the cats one I managed a creditable degree of restraint.

Is it just me that no longer sees details of the first and most recent posts on the various forum section? I get the thread title but nothing else. Thought the site might be down while they were fixing the spam problem but obviously not.

Yeah, the formatting on Android is devoid of detail. I suspect that 'better' formatting for mobiles might have been one of the reasons for the 'upgrade'.

Yeah on my phone. I also haven’t seen any of the spam posts the last couple of days though, not sure if they’ve been flagged away before I see them.
