I remember these concepts back in the Roman times when they'd eat potatoes and march all day. They didn't squeeze a load of $h1te from a packet.

My god salty you spend too much worshiping that loser. A bit more time reading your Roman history and you will find the legions marched on chickpeas and pork.

I've got my spuds boiled and bagged ready for tomorrow's fell session anyway. Will hope for an extra boost crossing the Roman road on High Street.

Seriously though, like how many reusable rockets have you landed?
  • Yeah, like none.
  • They also had panforte, the basics of which veloforte was created from. It's actually pretty easy to make yourself too. I have a stash in the freezer, though they would last a few months in the cupboard.

As a cycle courier on ones bike all day it was bananas and sugar loaded coffee/tea all day and a baguette of something if it wasn't too busy .... I could pour sugar into my body no problem ... I think it's a acclimatization thing.., five days a week then train / race weekends . A lot of milage consistently day after day after day . When gels became a thing I could not get enough . ... If I was off the bike on a doing nothing day sugary things tasty really off. ....

Same for ground working . Digging all day is sugar and tea .... Don't have sugar in tea at home .
