How do you keep the microplastics out of the distilled water? It's been one of the criticisms of the studies that found microplastics in brain tissue: how did they prevent contamination during the preparation of the samples? Forgetting about it is probably best.

The best way to keep microplastics out of distilled water is to distill it.

Sure, but then you have to collect the condensed water in something and ensure that is uncontaminated. And you'll need to ingest something else besides distilled water in order to last more than a couple of weeks.

Pick a substance and there's a high probability that there'll be some research showing a detrimental effect on health in lab conditions. I'd hazard a guess that whilst not beneficial, microplastics are some way back in the queue of things hastening my demise.

It's war and people die in wars. Not just combatants either. This seems to be quite an effective way to maim a lot of enemy combatants and wreck their internal communications.
Most analysts who know about this seem to think there's an extremely high correlation between having one of these pagers and being a member of Hezbollah. Granted the pictures are not even remotely representative, but what we've seen they are exclusively men of a certain age.
Indeed, it's been reported that, because membership is often secretive, to avoid ratcheting tensions between local civilians and milita members, that a lot of families found out this way that their son/husband/brother etc was part of Hezbollah.
It is certainly too indiscriminate for Britain to use (according to a friend familiar with the matter), but as one of alternative to dropping a load of bombs, missiles or invading so you get within a gunshot of getting to them all, i'd say it's remarkable.
It is the reality of a paramilitary organisation that hides amongst civilians that one of their tactics is to encourage collateral deaths - this seems a remarkably clean way of hurting a lot of the enemey with minimal collateral, and the added benefit of really sending them into disarray.

I don't understand how some of you get personal about Trump/Musk wanting to secure boarders and impose a legal entrance into the US, yet when a foreign Country get their people blown up (there are innocents involved) you almost get giddy with excitement?

Booby traps of this nature are illegal and both Israel and Lebanon have signed up to international treaties that outlaw them.
If it isn't a war it's terrorism.
So it is a war. But illegal use of booby traps, or terrorism.
Either way, how long do you think it will be before there is retaliation in kind. And bear in mind Hesbollah and it's sympathisers around the world isn't going to admit that anyone but civilians were hurt.
