Youngest ever Vuelta leader. Second youngest ever GT leader. Happy for the lad.

I just hope he doesn't become the latest to crack under the weight of expctation and decide to spend his career losing time in the first week of a GT so he can go stage hunting or dress in the full tacky polka dot outfit. From what I've seen of him so far that looks unlikely, he seems quite a confident rider.

Evenepoel still ahead of Roglic on GC.

    And Vingegaard.
He's the best of the pre-race favourites despite all Carlton's hyperbole about how much time Roglic put into him today.
Admittedly haven’t been able to watch full stages and might have a distorted impression but why does Vingegaard seem to be subservient to Roglic?
Roglic team leadership just grandfathered in. Vingegaard has taken Tour leadership from him. Probably willing to let him have the Vuelta this year. Not every rider always wants to go all out all the time. Maybe he is simply fine to ride it for a good racing block (training) and if the win is still in the cards in the third week, he'll go for it if Roglic isn't in red.
