Chasing group is doomed, they failed to drop Phillipsen on what looks like the final icline of note.

Phillipsen is a bit of a knob isn’t he.

Asgreen too early there, pretty sure Mohoric pipped him.

Another unexpectedly good stage. I'm starting to enjoy seeing Philipsen get done over. MVDP still looking out of sorts, you'd have banked on him closing that gap on his own normally.

Well that was good. Always fun when the classics boys come out to play.

Can we add Ben O'Conner to the list of riders who need to stop trying to be Tejay van Garderen too please? 2 gutsy rides this week.

Mads gets reasonable recognition but I don't think he gets the recognition he deserves for just being a #racer!

Why is he a knob? I'm on the very partisan belgian coverage so not getting that energy from the call.

How strong was Asgreen? O'Connor absolutely did the right thing in attacking at 600 metres to go, yet Asgreen was straight onto him and almost managed to then still outsprint Mohoric. Amazing stuff after yesterday.

Lost it on a mistimed throw in the end.

Mohoric was very generous about both Asgreen and O'Connor. He's very erudite, isn't he?
