WvA dropped, or did he look like he actively held back to join up with the Vin/Pog group?

He basically stopped at the summit, made sure his shoes were adjusted right etc.

Front groups have actually descended rather sensibly...

Gruppetto watch is going to be tense today, at least for the Jakobsen group - Cav almost at the top of the Tourmalet now, Jakobsen, not so much

Doubt Pog is too disappointed with how this is going to be honest.

That Cavendish's group haven't dropped back to them already to share the load is telling. If they were confident Jakoben's pace was okay they'd be back there, I think.

I don’t know why everybody is leaning on Buchmann and Bora.
They are all waving bye bye to the WVA TGV.

So other than Wout, is anyone going to go thermonuclear on the final ramp to the finish?

And if so, when should i tune in (BST)?

I think it sums up that everyone thinks they are already riding for the 3rd step on the podium at best.

    LOL
Vingegaard takes a mere 2’-24” off the Tourmalet record.

S4C YouTube live stream proving useful in the office this afternoon. The added bonus being that my Welsh is coming on leaps and bounds.

I'm pretty sure there would be howls of derision if Ineos were riding in that group instead of Bora

Impressive, though it's the first time in absolutely ages I've seen it raced hard, as it's never a finish

I stayed a few nights in Pierrefitte Nestallas because it was cheap. As far as I could tell there is literally nothing there except a pizza place that shuts at about 7.

True that - they're usually facing up to a race up Hautacam/Luz Ardiden after doing the Tourmalet on that side

    Calm before the storm...

I'm going with Pog to attempt the decisive move first, bluffing during his camera footage a little earlier descending Tourmalet.

How is Wout still doing this? Surely at 5km to go it gets too steep for him?
