    Looking clear and brrr out there.
    Today will be mowstly baking - bread and a chocolate cake for Tricky. She's 11 today.

    ON this day 11 years ago, Mrs P and I successfully delivered her ourselves in a small flat at approx. 5.12am whilst the ambulance crew dithered.
    I am so glad they dithered. I didn't think that at the time.

    Morning all. I'm around, had to hit the ground running the last couple of mornings. Yep definitely cold 🥶 outside. Night ride tonight with mates if they cba to turn up. HB tricky, major kudos on home delivery Mr P.

    Morning all, but not for long.
    Busy as always, traditional mild Thursday morning hangover was in evidence but has now abated. Actually, it's not that traditional any more as life often gets in the way.
    Happy birthday Tricky, hope they are spoiling you rotten. Can't imagine the stress of a home delivery.
    It looked cold out this morning, haven't ventured out myself yet although I do need to go to the chemist at some point. Should probably get some bread as well.
    Is that what the MFs look like after spending too long wankingitout? They should use the other hand occasionally.

    That was a cold one today, 4 layers on and still felt the 'benefit' of the chilling north breeze. Remarkable how much heat I felt from sun when got out from the semi shade and faced sarf. Global warming has some small upsides. Many apple trees prepped for the spring.

    Lovely run in the afternoon sunshine in border land. 3-4 degrees no problem for shorts and t shirt :smiley:

    Phone screen has spontaneously cracked while sitting on the desk at work, will have to get a move on and pick a replacement before it totally self destructs. It's only 4 years old too :disappointed:

    I think if you belong to BUPA the nurse administers the hand job, you don't have to do it yourself.
    That right @Stevo_666 , you're a member aren't you?
    And depending on level of cover, they can find a female nurse to do it.

    Night ride completed and caught up with some mates and my lardy brother. Spotted a large owl quietly ripping a little fluffy bunny apart on his feeding stump, pretty gruesome. I can just about feel my toes, certainly a tad chilly out.
