Alan mate, when Gary sets you up to talk about something you've just said off air, you're not supposed to say, "Aye Pet, we were jus' talkin' about that..."

"He knows it was a poor penalty" yeah, when it's in row z, that doesn't take a genius.

    Joy.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

You can usually tell just by looking at their eyes as they walk up.

Tbh, we had won the shoot out the minute it was called.

Spain: tactics, seriousness, being far too businesslike.

The mightyAzzurri: chatting, laughing, taking thepiss.

    they didn't stand a chance.

I thought Spain would win that and they probably should have. What would they give for a top class finisher.

Some top class sh1t-housery by Chiellini before the shoot-out. Slapping Jordi Alba all over the shop with a big grin on his face. Best moment of the tournament for me.

I'm expecting a similar line up to the one against Germany in that Denmark have fairly dangerous wingbacks.

I said during the quarters that I'd taken to his personality.
Seems to really enjoy playing football much, much more than anyone else.

he enjoys clean sheets and winning.

I am with our colleague from Coventry that it was world class sh1thousery and one of those playful slaps nearly flattened Alba.

I have him right up there with Foul by Ramos as players I admire

In one, it needed Jordi Alba to stand up to him and push him away.

The fact he's doing it while laughing about it is absolutely fantastic. What a guy.
