    ciao

drinking coffee to birdsong and sun, hound is flopped out outside, everyone else still in bed - bambini snoring and i took TDV some tea so hopefully she'll be chillin' for a bit.

apart from that, not sure what the day brings tbh....

Just sit outside chilling and hope nobody else notices where you've gone.

Morning all. Drop OH at work and ride bike. Possibly murderise mutt for 1am call to be let out, he's giving me the sorry look at the minute. Coffee and breakfast outside for a change.
Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Dreams - if only. Feeling like an android with its electric run out after a sheepless night's sleep.

Coffee x multiple to try to get moving ahead of a hot working day, at least today's is the shorter shift.

Meh, too much ale as met up with friends who like the current wife aren’t working today.

Hounds walked, first run of the day run, now work stuff.

Later is undecided but need to run a few more miles

    Bore da.

Jobs for the day. Trip to the tip, write a letter to the Times Education Supplement to criticise the latest Ofsted report into teaching maths (spoiler - it’s rubbish), day two of the sufferfest training plan to do, walk down to return some stuff to B+Q and to price up timber for a pergola outside the summerhouse and on to Matalan for some shoes for 13yo GTi who is now pretty much as tall as me and who needs new school shoes. Again.

    Nice day for it, mind.

    Morning folks,
WFH because of this isolating lark, plenty to do but a hefty amount of cba is in the air. Am I allowed to ride my bike if I'm isolating? Even if it is isolating by proxy. Should take my hayfever stuff as it seems to have started, always waits until I think I might get away without it.
Good luck with the shirking² Seano, I have faith in you too.

Finally - some shirking encouragement in BB. It's been a while.

    No Sheep 'Loon?

Warming up nicely. Kids packed off to school, garden was strimmed and mowed yesterday, casa Pinno is on order. Will go on an indefinite pedal based on energy levels and notions of hills.

Got a funny* PM last night from a bloke who saw my Youtube Channel, found a link to BR, was looking at the thread on waxing chains...

*As in; 'it's a funny old world'. See appendix [1]

And [drum roll] here he is:

Shredding evidence this morning. Managed to find a spare recycling bag for it so shredder is lubed and ready to go.
Might go for a walk up a hill later, feeling a bit tired after yesterday's adventures.
£1500 estimate for car damage

@pinno I'll try and identify the trees for you later.

@tlw1 I take it you were the right side of the traffic shenanigans last night for the trip home?

There's a section like that on the antiClimachX trail, just a bit less epic.

Mini doing watersports at a local park this morning. Decent day for that sort of thing.

I'm going to see if I can get a short pedal in.

    Shoot re car

Amazingly a simple run home, just in time for last food orders and plenty of ale 😎

:( Will a roll of gaffer tape do the job?

I fell in that lake once. Doesn’t look as nice at the bottom.

I was only 6 at the time. I think the tennis are close to buying the golf course. Each member would receive sizeable chunk of change.

Yeah I think so. Will probably make it harder to break into in the future too
Who does a gaffer tape colour matching service?

Well if you can't, just paint the car.

Went to get mini, she had a fab time, I flirted with getting my arm broken by taking a picture of some cygnets.
