I've got one of them. The rack under the loaf.

Is a sourdough one? The loaf, not the rack.

No. It's a stainless steel loaf on a sourdough rack.

    How did you guess?!

It was actually a hybrid - with yeast.
    Worked beautifully.

The reason?: Have a surplus of whole meal flour which I am not keen on. I find it difficult to get the texture right so I mix it 50/50 with white and add baking powder as well.

WFM today, busy as always with a variety of silly questions. Resisted telling someone where to go in very direct terms, think he got the message all the same. Using two words would have been quicker.
Hope all is well Ben, good to get jabbed.
Seano, no inconvenience if it's not cold and wet.

    Are we talking about coffee?

    Jury's still out on that.

My my, been busy on here while some of us, that'll be me, have been down and dirty working. Tough day, but lovely surroundings, even if there was a shooting party blasting away for several hours not that far away. Couldn't be arrised dobbing them in to local plod. Prob some local #toryscumbags.

First beer opened. The v excellent Sara Cox on t'raydeeoh. What's that I see in the future coming my way? More beers? Bring 'em on.

Tories don't need to steal. Anyway, if we did the unions would complain that we were doing lefties out of a job.

Yeah, Sara Cox is good, really good presenter. Jo Whiley as well, interesting music choices. And Trevor Nelson. I flit between R2 and 6Music. No 'kin adverts.

If only they would get rid of Steve Wright and his team of sycophantic butt kissers. Worst radio team in the world.

At work Radio Bob is the station of choice - German roack and indie station. Absolutely brilliant.

Not listened for years. Used to enjoy Ken Bruce and still do when on the odd time I tune in.
Then there was the other Dark haired Lord during the night.
Agree with MF re Steve Wright.

Don't listen to radio much nowadays, mostly podcasts. Comedy or science based. Not a lot of music anymore.

Used to listen to the Today programme every morning on way to work. And 5 live xtra when the crickets on.
