    Perez has abandoned the race.
He must have crashed chasing Cosnefroy.

    Did his collarbone

  • Ned reporting Perez punctured and then crashed into his own team car. Must have run over a black cat earlier in the day or something.

  • Yeah, Millar's reported the same rumour about it being a compound fracture. Hope Perez recovers quickly.

Big thunderstorm in the distance looking ominous. Hopefully it holds off.

Have they given up trying to make these stages finish between 5-5:30CET???

If they'd actually bothered pedalling today they'd be finishing in 7 minutes time.
  • 20kms behind schedule.
    Impressive.

It’s screwing up my toddler routine so I’m missing the finishes.

Cagy race ... No one knows if they have it or not and jumbo stalling the other day kinda increased uncertainty.

8 km to go, no break and the front of the peloton is flat.
  • Got a slow boil feel to it now
  • Fair bit of road furniture to avoid.

Had my first nap of the Tour. Starting to look twitchy at the front now, I can see a big pile up coming as the headwind is preventing it stringing out.

Cosenfroy going for additional artistic impression points in the KoM.
  • Cosnefroy tries a bit of stunt riding - grabs the front brake to perform a complete somersault. Sadly failed to stick the landing but seems to have got up okay.
