Not sure where the angry face came from
  • Sagan & GvA barely visible all day.
vdP has had one mechanical but seems very relaxed.

Seems like just Thomas left of the GB riders, which isn't great.
  • Domestiques blowing up left right and centre, Sagan will be happy as he is a one man band anyway.

Depends how cold he is and whether he needs to warm up a bit!

All of the hard men to the fore. Brutal race and an advert for disc brakes.
Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.

Apparently there's an issue with the live timers. GB cycling tweeted a response that they visually saw all 4 riders together in the group. I suspect the cameras would have picked up abandons.

Ineos just tweeted "despite reports to the contrary Swift is still in the peloton"
  • Kung and craddock with 30s. Dutchman pushes on at the front of peloton.

You have to hand it to Yorkshire the crowds are out in force even with the shite weather, i've seen plenty of races in lovely conditions with almost no one watching roadside.
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

You must be joking! They’re howling like banshees into every corner. Intolerable.

    Great atmosphere too.

Having a great time, although my feet are very wet and my hands are struggling to type.

Saw the break of 2 go past, it's super strung out now, getting hectic.

Likewise. 2 lads have been going round at least 5 mins down, must need contracts!
