    Exactly.. Rowe would have done what he could and then been shelled a long time before the Col de la Madeleine

    Ineos /DVB/WP starting to push the pace of a very reduced yellow jersey group. Starting to close on the front group (1.22). Still very early on the big climb of the day.

    Gaudu gone, Mas hanging off the back. JA pretty much isolated with 7km to go to the top of the climb.
