So now the question is who will take the win from the group of 6? Either wva or Van marke would be good to see.

The question is, who closes Gilbert when he goes? Lampaert will sit in.

So maybe someone has to pre-empt that and go earlier?
    Er Sagan. Obviously.

And Sep is quite chase happy.

I wonder if WVA has the racecraft to let others chase?

The chase group relying on the guy who’s been on the front for the past 60km to close the gap. Hate to break it to you guys but he won’t bring it back on his own, time to commit properly.

Will be funny if WVA wins. Only one not on discs.

Still has a cx brake lever though! Old habits and all that

    Mmm tricky.

Lampaert and Gilbert are the two most tactically astute riders in that group and have the numbers to make use of that.

It’s whether they can survive a canon on the cattefote

Hats off to WVA, whatever happens.

I see GVA missed the break (again). Ha ha.

    Go Gilbert. go.

Wait till he dismounts and shoulders his bike across the line.

Got to be Sep on Carrefoure. He'll puncture, obviously.

GvA taking some justified heat, but either Degenkolb or Stuyven should be in the Sagan group for Trek as well. Having 0 representation is quite bad as well.

Benoot made a mess of the back window of the team car. Hope he's ok.

OK so Benoot smashed the back window of the Jumbo car. I shall see if my neighbourhood Jumbo car is sporting a black bin liner.

Incredible that Politt can close the gap, he's done so much work in this race.

Gilbert doesn't wait for Sep to go on Carrefour.

Sagan closes with POllit. Now two groups of 3.

Is defendable. Sep has no real sprint usually. Having numbers against Sagan worth the risk

Think what would have happened if van Aert hadn't had to do all that work earlier
