Glad we're not the only ones who turn the house upside down just to accommodate a tree for 3 weeks. There's about a ton of stuff comes out of the loft and another ton goes in. I'm knackered by Christmas Eve!

And this year once assembled, I managed to snap one of the legs off the tree. Not wanting to dismantle it again I tried a running repair with superglue while lying flat on my front. Now it's stuck to a sheet of newspaper but hopefully not the floor beneath, and after 48 hours I've finally separated the 2 fingers I bonded together. Bah humbug!

    never mind that bollocks.

THE BIG GIRLS THREAD HAS GONE.

    DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND PRIORITIES?

ALL THOSE PICTURES OF TDN AND LAB COATS - ALL GONE.

    THE LOSS. THE LOSS.

    Afternoon folks,
BGT gone? Not something I would have done. As a conscientious sort when I was a mod I studied all the pictures in there thoroughly to ensure they met the standards expected of them. Some had to be examined repeatedly.
Busy in the office again and I'm off tomorrow taking the old dear to see the financial advisor, need to ask a few questions about probate stuff as well.
The lad's coming back tonight to go on a brewery tour with me and a couple of friends tomorrow night. Then he has to get back to uni for Thursday afternoon and Friday morning before we go and pick him up again.
Wobbled in a slightly longer route through RP this morning, cold but very pleasant.
Are you around over the break H³? If so give me a shout and we can go for a beer.

+1. I didn't see anything dodgy. This thread gave joy to thousands for over a decade - it was a borderline national treasure.

We should start a petition to get it back - for the sake of others, of course.

Every thread will have the latest Bottom Muncher incarnation and Imposter bickering like an old married couple. In fact wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what did for the kicking off thread, it’s been nothing but Erection watch lately.

Anyhow, I've asked the question about the mystery disappearances up in the 'discuss the website with the team' section. Let's see what they say.

You both most definitely did miss something. Can't remember who posted. Maybe they are missing too. Some have always had it in for BB, looks like they had a minor victory.
We think we know who you are.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Let's see if the admins care to shed any light on this. I know some people have had it in for BB but I would have thought that they would have done something well before now.

Make a sub forum called "get a room". It's the only thread they can post in. Since the "forum upgrade" there's a glitch that means their posts in other threads just don't save to the database
Others can be added as needed.
