    There are two things that are totally absurd that do stand out though:
    - That you think the listed people could agree on anything at all
    - That posters on Cake Stop are discussing Pro Race posters two years ago. At least it should be done on Pro Race to allow the accused to defend themselves.

    I don't think anyone is getting up in arms just voicing an opinion on a discussion forum without the need (,hopefully) to log in under a different profile and "have a dig" at those that disagree.

    Surely you aren't suggesting that because Ridgerider joked that new parents tend to have topics of conversation others aren't party to that that is equivalent to just fabricating a story about agreeing a false profile for no apparent comedic value whatsoever? I don't think there's really an equivalence there.

    Anyway, whatever, I've got work to do. Pinno has posted it on Prorace so the relevant people can choose to respond or ignore it as they see fit.

    So because someone - a few pints into the evening -discussed doing something silly, they must have followed through with it? This seems to be more about one lot of BR regulars holding some sort of inane grudge against another lot over some online disagreement.

    If you read the first sentence in what was quoted from Ridgerider, he said that they did it. The bit they may not have done was repeating it the following year.

    Personally I want to see what witty repartee and wind ups this false account has been up to, I'm sure it'll be rib splitting :)

    If they exist then of course not, but I think you first need to establish that there really is an 'it' - as opposed to general background levels of nonsense - before you accuse people of being involved.

    as you say there are enough others trolling away that one more would make no difference. Maybe it is me but I really don't care if people run more than one account. The only thing that annoys me is bad behaviour in the "beginners" section.
