are they any good?
Not that I can talk, I have a Slate with a Lefty Oliver on it.
Looking at this:

The Lauf is cheaper, slightly lighter, same travel, and requires less maintenance and servicing than Cannondale's Lefty Oliver. So if one wanted some sort of suspension for a "gravel" bike then it sounds like a pretty good option.0 -
