Cav with his warping machine giving his arms a rest.

Doesn't he normally do that by using his face as a brake?

If I crashed that much I probably wouldn't be riding around in a £150k watch.

It’s important for riders who do a lot of track in the winter to wear a large watch on their right arm for early season - counteracts all that pulling to the left.

    150K?????
is it aero? can i get sized for one in the lbs? I need one because im doing sportives and a triathlon

To be fair he has at least 5 Richard Milles, and that one's probably the cheapest so I assume he doesn't really mind if he breaks it...

One of them's worth $400k+ at auction apparently.

Seems odd to not include any long-sleeve tops in January.

it seems the one downside of Rapha making team kits, they dont quite get the point of the sales to fans bit, I dont know if its because they are partly still stuck in that only team riders should wear team kit mindset which Id have been more believing of maybe 5 years ago, but theyve changed alot since then.

But you saw the difference when Sky moved to Castelli, you can FKW yourself to your hearts content with Castelli in this years kit now, whilst Rapha tended to just stick to short sleeve jerseys and some shorts, and maybe a couple of specials throughout the year.

Rapha released tonnes of Sky kit at all price points from kids stuff to full Pro editions and then milked the Tour wins with special editions.

I dont remember them doing any winter kit like jackets, long sleeve jerseys, gilets, arm warmers, leg warmers, bib tights, long finger gloves etc etc

It's as if Lampre never left us!

Shows what you can achieve when you hand over the kit design to a designer rather than an ad agency.

Rapha Sky kit? They did pretty much everything , all gloves, overshoes, collars the lot. Kids kit, budget replica kit and supporters tees etc. Seriously, they caned it.

Jersey and bib shorts look mismatched in colour (black vs dark blue). Looks like wearing a new jersey with old bib shorts.

The Rapha EF kit looks (predictably) fantastic. Their wmncycling kit is the best in the female peloton as well.

The Sagan Venge needs the CLX64 wheels instead of the 50's. The proportions of aero bikes is off without real deep section rims. :P

Think they've got WvA riding them, switched over from Time. Although he seems to have a bit of difficulty on the starts with them so far...

Yes I thought so. Not road though. Unless he uses them on the road and wins Flanders

I wonder if Sky are upset driving around in Fords now that EF get their old Jags.

I thought they were stopping making the XF sportbrake. They certainly said they weren't going to make an XE sportbrake (it hasn't sold well because the Germans have the estate market sewn up it seems).

Too true. The XF is ancient, and no one buys the XJ. The XE has been a bit of a flop too. Luckily they have the i-pace

Whichever jag that is, I have always thought it a good looking estate car.

It's their only one - XF sportbrake.

I always liked it too which is why I was disappointed they never made an XE sportbrake (the smaller one)

The XE isn't different enough to the XF, it doesn't fill the range like the 3 series and 5 series for example.

The XJ is a lovely car. But it is going to be stopped soon, I don't know if they are replacing it.

The I-Pace should sell very well. Unfortunately it's currently made in Austria by Magna, but they are planning to bring construction to the UK (they have a lot of spare capacity now...).

I've been round all the production lines :)

Estate cars are the best looking type.

One thing about this is the New Balance logo is really obvious from the front- kinda hard to tell it's a Rapha kit, could forgive a punter for thinking New Balance were the kit suppliers...

The massive Rapha logos on the shorts...and a cycling ‘punter’ will know that Rapha supply the kit because it’s all over the frickin internet!
