    didnt we have this debate before though,and decided thats not the correct way to do it, though I have tried it few times mostly with disatrous results with belgian beer, works great with german beer

    I like the yeast bit. More bitter. I don't know if it makes you drunker, but it does do a good job of cleaning out your insides the next day...
