thought only national or ex national champs could have the bands on their sleeves. Guess it must be in the rules or they wouldn't have done it.

The bib panel design that highlights the crotch area is never classy. It's particularly egregious with Trek Segafredo where there is even a white outline. Why not just put neon arrows pointing.
