    Who is this Quintana guy that people keep on talking about?
    Ive hardly seen him this tour. Is doing both the Giro and then the Tour, a bridge too far?

    Millar's sister still works for Team Sky so I wouldn't think it likely that he has it in for them particularly.

    He hasn't complained people are working for Sky. He bemoaned UAE for defending 8th place and suggested Yates has stage ambitions.
    yes he did - be critisied Swifty for riding for his team mate to defend 8th place which affects higher places in the GC because he's helping Sky along too ...

    Which is fine as a viewpoint ....

    But then goes on to praise an FDJ rider for pausing to help Contador back up to the breakaway when he has a mechanical - despite that's affecting GC too ...

    Which basically says to me - Millar doesn't like Sky/Froome ...

    Froome just got a powerbar or similar off the Moto. Allowed? Is it OK from the neutral bike?

    They have a history:

    Close before and after DM got done
    Fell out - or rather Millar got arsey with DB - when DB told Millar he couldnt be in the team, and then even more so when DB booted De Jongh etc after the Lance fall-out
    Then kissed and made up after Vaughters left Millar out of his final Tour
    Now since the TUE stuff broke last year Millar has got on his high arse with DB once again
