Froome would be wise to let Bardet go
Yeah. He can out time trial him in the run-in, even without help

I said I feared for the GC boys, today and boy, I wasn't wrong. :(

I see one of your clan had a bad crash this weekend too, hope she recovers quickly - sounded nasty.

    No he didn't.

You do realise 'seemed' is a subjective word?

I'd be taking the Bahamontes route and look for the ice-cream van, personally.

Froome has taken 3 mins out of Contador, just shows how hard he pressed on the climb and the descent

Froome should sit on and point to Aru if questioned

The problem with bad crashes on roads like these is the limited space available for the race to pass the medical team. At least Richie was conscious and moving.

This stage has had absolutely everything, good and bad hasn't it? Coupled with yesterday's stage, what a weekend.

And he got medical assistance really quickly, which was good to see

worrying to hear Martin got back on & crashed again. I always think of concussions when riders get straight back on after crashing

Reminds me of rugby players trying to get straight back up when someone's levelled them. Horrible
