Are those white Sky tops gilets or are they wearing short sleeve rain tops? A bit of drama I'm sure Sky would rather have avoided but at least the peloton sat up a bit and has made it easier for the crashed to catch up.0

You can see the difference in handlebar shape / profile between Phinney's bike and Offredo's.
Phinney looks like his bars have a deeper drop.
