Nice one Johnny.
It's all so dull.

I do like how the gap ticker occasionally shows the physical distance between the groups on the road.0

As the commentary is discussing G's prospects, if he wins the Giro and Froome takes the Tour (again) who'd be favourite for SPOTY? My money would be on G.
Also, when was the last time one team won more than one grand tour in the same year?0 -

2008 when Bertie won the Giro and VueltaIt's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.0 -

Not the same year but Bertie / Saxo won consecutive GTs in '14 Vuelta followed by '15 Giro. Astana won '15 Vuelta (Aru) then '16 Giro (Nibbles).0 -

2010 - Basso - Giro (with Nibali I as super-Dom) and then Nibali won the Vuelta0 -

Thank you. 2010 is the winner then. Consecutive grand tour wins disqualified due to being at odds with the Julian calendar. Chapeau anyway.
Any year one team won the hat trick? Also, most number of national champions' jerseys fielded in a single team?0 -

Clearly a shoe in for the title.0 -
As an aside the gap is under 2'. 36km racing to go.0
-
climb coming up. Doesn't look too big but someone might have ago.0
-
8.8 kms to go 31s0
-
This could be a dangerous finish if the headwind keeps the favourites from the front until the last 100m or so.0
-
Crash at 3.1km!0
-
I would hope the commissars use discretion and extend the 3km rule to cover that dodgy corner pinch point0

They didn't when it happened to Contador.0 -
Someone soloed to victory. Chaos0

Confident finish that. I wouldn't have stuck my hands in the air so early with a closing pack, but then I'm not a pro.0
-
Postlberger (Bora) takes it. Splits.0
-
Ewan and Greipel, 2nd and 3rd.0
-
They just all seemed to wait for someone else to chase him!0
-
Great win for Bora. Last group came in around 70s down.0
-
Haha, great win by Postleberger.0
-
Brilliant finish. Postlberger's broken through this year, hasn't he. Was strong in the cobbled races too earlier.0

Landa's lost time by the sounds of things.0
-
When I first saw the Bora jersey I figured Bennett must have done it - missed the finale due to a stupid meeting.
Happy with Greipel as my PTP, was a 50:50 between him and Ewan for me.0 -
The podium ladies have unfeasibly long legs. They might be on stilts0
