Yay. Are you kicking yourself? Can I have a pic?

Now Orraloon, was that before your time and not achievable?

I would, but my feet are tied...

What legacy did he start though??

'Legacy' for want of a better word. I think (though someone may contradict me) that Alfredo Binda toe clips and straps were the chosen variety before being superseded by Christophe toe clips and straps. In use right up to the beginnings of clipless in the late 80's. That's 40+ years.

    Is it something Flandrian?

Used to have Christopher toe straps myself. Can't recall hearing the Binda story though

Merckx makes bikes, Fondriest, etc etc. It's nothing unique is it?

I've been mulling this over for 2 days now but no closer. Any clues?
