    I hadn't factored Izaguirre into my calculaions. Nor Pantano's stubborness. I expected Nibali to have a gap of 30s by the summit.

    OK the person with a blow up shark running next to Nibali was quite funny.

    As was the Colombian fan who clearly thought Izagirre was Quintana.
