    Looked worse than it was because of the speed. His hand didn't go out so it seemed a fair amount of the impact was on his flank to me. Of course, not nice for him, would have shook him up.

    Yup, I did a Rolland last week at Elephant roundabout, scrapes and massive bruises, but no real damage, if it happens quickly you have little chance to break your fall with hands whcih is probably for the best as your shoulders can take quite a bang and be ok, hands would have been badly hurt though
