5 out of 6 mountain breaks have made it to the finish.
So something definitely not in common with Postal.
I had a small hope that Froome would be interested in the stage win.0 -
"this is plain bizarre - but I like it"
5 astana up the road0 -

Speaking of Vino - I see theyve announced positive tests from the Olympics 2008 & 2012 ?0
-
Peleton strung out and really shifting with 130+ to go and all the mountains still to come! Astana gambling - should be fun not sure what the results will be but the stakes are high0

Anyone other than TDG and 2/3rds of Astana in the break? Is Majka there?0
-
Is Astana going up the road not good for Sky and Froome?
Aru is 6 mins down so it's Trek, Orica and BMC who will be covering them.
Fair play to Astana though for actually trying something different.0 -

Astana + Movistar are driving the peleton. Only 1 Astana in the break.0

Dutch commentator, Danny Nelissen distinctly unimpressed with this, another Astana miracle final weekend thing.
Some pretty direct remarks."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -

So, different team, same tactic.
There's a surprise.

Do you mean that the tests have been announced, or that Vino is one of them? I can only find the former.0 -

They certainly seem to get a better quality of rest on the second rest day in GTs than anyone else. Always seem to come out all guns blazing straight afterwards. Must have the best physios and maybe they do some yoga or something?0 -
