Cav confirmed. First time I'm seen a sprinter celebrate when they haven't won.0
-
Surely Cav had that - mega mega close though0
-
I thought Cav was finished?
Is that Grieple finished now?
What about Kittel, Finished?
They're all finished! Everyone is FINISHED!0 -
Well. I guess the final 100m made up for the rest.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0

Kittel was nowhere there. Etixx just got swallowed up by DD and Lotto.Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0
-
What happened to Kittel's lead out?
Edit: thanks GweedsIt's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.0 -
As soon as he got Greipel's wheel I assumed Cav would win, but he didn't come around as quick as he used to, so he'll be finished next year or something.
Kittel 7th.0 -
Does anyone know if there were any significant time splits? I'm not sure anyone fell to cause the split.0

Enjoyed ITV commentary today, what could have been very very dull due to the sedentary way the peloton rode, was pretty good commentary. They've started talking a bit more about the history of the areas and the Chateaux, plus Dave Brailsford and Robbie McEwan visited the commentary box. Hopefully they will carry on in this vein.0

It is all now clear. Mark Cavendish moving to sky wasn't a mistake, but moving to Quick Step was. He merely had a case of the Quick Steps. He's now been cured, but Kittel has it now."Unfortunately these days a lot of people don’t understand the real quality of a bike" Ernesto Colnago0

Thought the itv commentary was really good, with brailsford giving good insight into what team sky first few days, and was good of millar trying to get some information on who sky would sign for next season. Great spring by cav well followed on greipels wheel.0
-
The ITV guests helped keep the tedium to a minimum.
If they could do something about their ad break quota, Eurosport would become the home of tumbleweed.

That's 28 stages which makes him second ever doesn't it? How far is it to Zabel?0
-
So I missed the stage proper on account of buying a house but CAV!!!!!!!Correlation is not causation.0

Voeckler really is an attention seeking prick“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0

Congrats. Did you get a Brexit Discount?
My parents reckon their chain is about to collapse because of Brexit.0 -

Thankfully as non UK based EU residents in the Netherlands we got our mortgage sorted on the 23rd June.
Hopefully your parents will be OK. I worry for everyone affected by this.Correlation is not causation.0 -
To be fair they're in a chain of about 20 people* because the UK housing market is stupid, it only takes one person to get cold feet and the whole lot falls down.
*that is an exaggeration0 -

I wonder how much extra energy he expends in the wind so the rider in front isn't the only one on camera“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0 -

He might keep it to himself, but Fonseca might agree0 -

Zabel?
He's dropped on the last corner, 12 wins.
Merckx has 34. I don't think Cav will catch him, but it's not impossible.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -

I thought the interview with Darrigade (at least I think it was - the kids were playing up) in the highlights show was perfect filler. It feels to me as if ITV have decided that this is the year they can rely on the audience to understand what's going on and that they can start to do things that interests the presenters and production team, rather than having to endlessly explain what all the jerseys mean.0
