You're conceding that some of it was worth reading. Thank you. Nice one.

Maybe the fault lies in the author - your statement left room for ambiguity, I exploited it. I suppose it is a bit like tax law - open to interpretation.

What's up with you grumpy nuts?

Me grumpy? No siree. No whingeing or doom mongering here. I've even got the possibility of a 'Sweatexit' to look forward to if wee Jimmy Krankie gets her way. Then you'll need a visa :)

...but not to go abroad, unlike you

Go ahead - sit in the Castle that will be London but that's somewhat unidimensional and to pretend that somehow that 'I'm okay - f*ck the rest' attitude is really constructive or collectively beneficial is (because I know you well enough) not in your mindset.
...and before you contradict that, Londoners are signing a petition to be independent - and part of the EU. How crazy is that?

Nearly as daft as that petition to have a re-run of the referendum.

The rest of that is your assumptions...

A wall around the M25 would really boost the construction industry :)

Can someone explain just what "we" have taken control over?

It is obviously not mass migration as the French will have no incentive to stop anyone from getting to the tunnel, or even landing in France if they want to go ahead to England and are simply passing through on the way.

Dont be silly, we'll use all the unemployed from north of Hadrians wall once they get their Sweatexit. I'm sure we can relax the border controls temporarily.

    we've taken control over nothing

it'd be more accurate to say that by leaving we give up control, as if we want access to eu markets we'll still need to comply with the rules, but we'll no longer have a say in creating them

if we want to remain in the eea, well need to accept the core principles including freedom of movement, i.e. immigration will carry on pretty much unchanged
