Meh, off to Chester I go with no partial cycle as it's new car day :)

Still feel pants but helped by 'nipping' to the pub last night and ending up at the landlords house :)

Well it just goes to show that a heavy bank holiday weekend is bad for cycling.

    is home REALLY Paris?

    Twl enjoy the mazda 6

Work then Telfords later I suspect. Have guests over this afternoon but the Date can host them until I return.

Jib a pre 6am get up.

Waiting to have a blazing row with a colleague who seems to dump paper work on my desk whenever I don't look. She isn't going to be happy when she gets it back, politely or thrown.

I too was woken up at about 5:45, I wasn't daft enough to set an alarm though. No prizes for guessing what woke me up.
Managed to wobble in on the bike today, first time this week and it was hard work. There was a lot of air around it seems, cold air at that. Later is dead pig lunch, there was a programme about food last night and they reckoned bacon and eggs was the healthiest breakfast. Admittedly boiled eggs and grilled bacon, but it's the thought that counts. Might go to the pub with the Mrs later.

Going to local recycling tip as well in vain hope of picking up knackered ghetto blaster, stripping insides out and blu tacking I pod and speaker in to make ghetto sounds player.

No swearing or "n" word allowed as bambini will be there: we're very, very strict on that. No one getting shedded around my bambini either (which is why they have never been anywhere near one of my work do's).

Gang Starr's seminal album "Enter the Arena" is a top playlist option as it has all the right ingredients but no naughty words. My distant past as a disc jockey at the local rock music based discotheque is coming in handy.

And you've come here for sympathy? :P

@TLW - is it true you are getting a Mazda 6? We could form an owners club :D

Busy day, had to wait in to let some in to fix the shower. Then pedalled in and missed an important announcement. Then had to spend 90 minutes with CEO and CFO in a couple of meetings over lunchtime. Luckily I had my emergency tin of sardines in the office to stop my stomach from rumbling...

    More pedalling later.

TLW did say a BMW in your 30's, a Merc in your forties, a Jag in your fifties and a Mazda in your 70's.

Which one is it MF? Quite like the AMG series, if I ever did get a Merc it would have to be an AMG.

MF: Insanity but plenty of money.

    *Arguable, I know.

That means that you have absolutely no excuse not to finish Dirk.

Black one. 3 door. To tell the truth (and in complete honesty), I'm actually not too sure - we saw it and it is very pretty so we got it it. It's the turbo diesel one.

Let me get the log book out and I'll post up what it is.
