It depends what you're trying to achieve. Do you want to bulk up or just be toned? I would advise against the use of steroids as the process of obtaining them, using them and the long term effects can be catastrophic on your life and body. A friends has just lost his job and has health issues through long term use and it also exposed him to some ne'er do wells of the gym world. Because they're illegally obtained, you've also no guarantee of the quality.

There are legal substances out there, some which may carry an age limitation. Whey products will help with bulking as will the Herbalife products which are made from natural substances rather than being chemicals produced in a laboratory. But, you still need to put the work in otherwise it will just make you fat. Light weights and high repetitions will tone muscles while heavy weights and low repetitions will build muscle. The heart is the most important muscle though so don't neglect the cardio work. Unless you're a mesomorph body shape when you build muscle just by sitting still and eating biscuits. Bastards!

I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.

hi guys, I realise that cycling isn't about increasing muscle size and strength but I'm interested how can i do it?
maybe you could advise some natural steroids so my muscles could grow while cycling? is it possible? compare legal steroids here

sorry for my stupid questions, i'm total work out newbie

Cycling will grow some muscle, but it will be lean, not bulky, knobbly and only on your legs. And that is only if you do a lot of cycling. Be honest with what you want to acheive. If you want to look "buff", then cycling isn't the way forward. If you want to be strong, then maybe looking 'buff' is going to take a back seat, but could happen.
