Wiggle - anyone else getting problems lately?

    Our work are fine with it. But, to be honest, DPD's tracking is so good, you can watch the parcel and stand outside in the minutes before it gets delivered. Honest, DPD are the best that there is. You can't just choose time slot. That cocks everything up. DPD's system is an advanced one. They scan all that route's deliveries then the driver is told where to go by sat nav for the entire day. He follows a set route. Sometimes has to go a bit quicker, sometimes has to stop and wait. It's very well set up indeed. Everyone else feels a bit random.

    Do Wiggle still use DPD? All my recent larger items have come via DX who are a bit crap.

    Over the last couple of weeks, I've had two orders with Wiggle - track pump and running shoes - and both arrived on standard free delivery in less than 48 hours after placing order, complete with Haribos. The courier was DX, the same chap each time. We live out in the wilds and trying to find our house by GPS postcode is a problem for many drivers. It helped that the (very pleasant) DX courier grew up on the farm next door to us!

    Great service as usual from Wiggle. I've used them for years. They are reliably good on price, stock and deliveries, have a user friendly website and on the one time when I was sent the wrong item, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by email.

    Did have an issue a couple of weeks ago when my new Garmin didn't process for 2/3 days when i had paid for next day. Quick email sorted the issue and also my next day delivery was refunded with no problem. They also just price matched on a set of wheels for me today with no problem.

    No problem here - placed an order Saturday pm delivered by DX today!

    And there was a bag of Haribo - happy days :D
