I'm hanging on as long as possible, cos I want to see the end of the race!

That is my dilemma. I have had a quick power nap after finishing nights at 7.30. Maybe I'll wait half an hour. ;)

I've adopted the "when I eat lunch" rule.

So straight after Oude Kwaremont first time then :-D

I'd really like to see Edward Theuns do well today, he's had a great start to the year

Kriby saying Riis is here with his agent. So much for being done with cycling.

The bolt on that Pinarello damper thing doesn't look very sturdy.

Kirby is such a muppet. What a waste of Quigley.

Have to agree. After all these years I can't understand how Kirby is still so utterly clueless when it comes to the sport. You would have thought that by now he would have picked up something from what the co-commentators say. The good thing I noted during the the 3 Days De Panne is that at least Maggie was contradicting him quite a bit. Hope he doesnt the ruin the day.

So, will Sky try and make it hard over Kwaremont already? Plays to their strengths, surely?

Apologies if I missed it above. Any Londoner's with a social pass and a raging thirst hit me up. I'm warming up near LMNH. I wore reinforced chamois in case the G Man does it.

What do you mean by proper coverage? I'm watching the break go over Kwaremont...

Wiggins dropping his bike. What a plonker. He'll probably retire now.

Imagine you had one main road goal left in your illustrious career and you had a silly crash, you'd be a bit annoyed. He seems to have really hurt his wrist.

    I'm drinking jasmine thee.

I think this is perhaps wrong.

Ah Tornado Tom Frits. Goed zo!

I'm just glad that we are going to get a real Flandrian winning this race when My Man from Leuvens Dries Devenyns, uses that pent up frustration at wasting the talents of an U23 Belgian National Champ for 5 years at Quick Step, and decides to channel an 8th place at last years Omloop to put the hurt down and drop everyone!

Plus Kirby- "BMC look to have brought the strongest team, if you factor out Sky and Quick Step" brilliance!

Sorry for the late join, I'm four hours behind the UK in Brazil, where its a balmy 25C and rising.

OK jasmine tea is not going to cut it. I've just realised I've got blinking Adam Blythe in the sweepstake.

I've made the choice to stay sober and go for a ride afterwards. We're getting our summer in Scotland this weekend.

From jasmine tea to a tripel in five minutes? You obviously need it.

Meanwhile my man Nikki is flexing his neck muscles ready to shake his head when Stijn Vandenbergh next does something stupid.
