How about looking at the stats since, say 2005?
That's hilarious! You sound like a Manure fan (for them, football only started in 1992 )
2005...is that the year you turned your back on Boro and set out to seek some glory?Statistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -

But then again, Cheatski have never concerned themselves with that actual laws of the game
If you lift a trophy then cheating is okay.
It's the only way Cheatski can lift a trophyStatistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
Chelsea lost*. He'll get over it (eventually).
*To Arsenal but I won't rub it in.
Next year they will have CL footy on top of all the other competitions. Then we shall see how they fair given the extra workload and pressure.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

It was great game. I refused to watch last year's but laughed my tits off when I heard how it ended.
I think it was a fair result. As to the handball, it was not so clear cut. It was ball to hand, but an advantage was gained.
Seeing an ex Palace player being red carded for diving was no surprise. They really coach that into them down there.
So, who had the better season, Arsenal or Spurs? Arsenal I guess. Spurs won naff all.0 -

Thanks for you kind demonstration of your JCL status with yet another example of your lack of football knowledge
Thanks also for the photo of the ball clealy hitting Sanchez's knee before unavoidably and unintentionally ricochetting on to his hand.
Your assistance in proving all my points as correct is much appreciatedStatistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
I'll take the only one that really matters every time thanks. Can't be too greedy! No that's not the Etihad just before kickoff, it's the home of the Champions after the dust has settled on a successful season. Have a great summer losers.0 -
Funny how "The one that matters" is a very fluid thing.
I thought it was the champions League. Losers? Weren't even in it.The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.0 -
Nope. Never been a fluid thing. Always preferable to be top in your own country over the course of a season than win a knockout competition, as nice as it was!0

Flip-flop. Sums it up.
Sore losers. Not even gracious in defeat.
Seen as I am being constantly reminded of the fact that Chelsea won the CL, it seems suddenly and conveniently odd that the only one that matters is the 'one in your own country'.
Sorry, did I say you were sore losers?seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
