Seano, you get your 15 minutes of fame: Womble Senior was indeed a bowls champ :)

    Come on Boro!

I'm sticking with what I predicted yesterday. On another day Boro might have done it but they can't keep it up.

I would rather Man United got drawn against Arsenal than Boro, because of what they did to Man City.

Like a lot of the crappier clubs, Boro raise their game when they play a top side. You might wonder why they aren't doing that now against Arsenal... like I just said they raise their game against the top sides. :P

IIRC you said he beat David Bryant, he of the white cap and pipe.
    Kudos.

I guess that explains why Manure beat Arsenal in the League back in November

Well done the Gooners. As Stevo said , nothing to win everything to loose, Still at least the neighbours windows remain intact and an even bigger bonus, this should remain a Stevo and City boy handbags free thread, now that they can both concentrate on the league.

Only Manc 33 to depose and the London Scouser!!!! any Bantams going to come out of the Woodwork?

What a choice - Manure, The Ar$e or the Scousers...

Still you're right, leaves Arsenal to concentrate on something you have a chance of winning (FA Cup) and same for us (everything else)

Come on Preston NE. On second thoughts, wouldn't it be better to play against Manyoo at some point and win?

I want "Manure" as you call them to win the FA Cup, but not if it means losing even one point in the league for it.

Some inane injury in the cup semi or final to one key player could be enough to turn a win into a draw or a draw into a loss. Carrick is out until Feb 28th as it is. That guy is underrated I think, in fact I think he is some sort of "final piece" of the team and we can't win some games without him being there.

I won't be that bothered if Preston NE beat us, but for the pride I want Utd to progress.

What will annoy me is if they beat us and we end up 5th... impossibru!

Guys I dunno if you know about this but its handy for looking up the injuries...

I'm more stressed about playing teams like Preston NE than I would a team out of our own league, all the more humiliating if we get beat. In theory we should dick them.

    Commentator 1: "Nowhere near."
    Commentator 2: "I wouldn't say nowhere near."
Commentator 1: "It wasn't close enough though, to be questioned."

    Commentator handbags?

Another unconvincing win but... its full steam ahead and onto Arsenal.

I m glad we've drawn you in the Quarters, there would have been nothing more ridiculous than having to go to Wembley to play you or Liverpool in a Semi. Still wont be a problem now, look forward to playing Bradford at Wembley in the Semi or Final. :D

Yer I must admit you did make it look like bloody hard work against that mighty League One club and all their millions. at least you didn't need two bites of the cherry like against the mighty Cambridge.

However I don't think the Referee will be such a homer when your playing Us.

At least Arsenal will be able to lose and not be too embarrassed afterwards with it being one of the few clubs above them in the league beating them.

At least Arsenal will be able to lose and not be too embarrassed afterwards with it being one of the few clubs only just below them in the league beating them.

But seriously I think we'll beat Sunderland on 28th and Arsenal will draw with Everton on 1st making us swap back around.

3 Games of the F.A cup Quarters played, and Villa are the only team to have scored a goal ( or two) W.T.F!

Still bring on the scum, The Gooners will soon change that! Always nice to draw lower opposition in the cup, Hey Manc 33 :D
