Well I'm not overly hopeful about getting mine now. In contact through the Twitter account.

Isit me or are the jerseys quite a baggy fit?

It isn't just you. Think they are the "fan" replicas, in spite of the technical looking material.

Got an update e-mail today. I'm getting the jerseys, but not the bibs. Not too peeveed to be honest, as I'll just be using them to commute in and they were a bargain. I guess I'll just have to be content being a HPKW.
  • Jersey and free t-shirt arrived today. Both perfect fit in large (usually wear a medium), although the jersey is a little baggy round the arms. T-shirt is a little weird, not sure when I'm going to wear it to be honest.

This all makes me glad I had second thoughts and looked elsewhere. The 'Accepted Offer' on the Sugoi jersey came in at the right time.

I found the sizing ok. Large jersey fits very well and I am a bit porky at the moment, so glad I did not go XL.
Needed XL bibs though as I am 6'1". Size guide would have had me in large for waist but XXL for height, so XL seemed the sensible choice.

T-shirt is a bit weird but polo shirt is quite nice.
    iPhone case is pretty cool.

Thanks for the link mfin

If you like wasting time I would suggest giving their customer services number a call. Took them 5 minutes for them to successfully spell Thomas !!

So my order has been cancelled as out of stock and no free tshirt

Funny how they are honouring the Ebay deals where customers can leave sh** feedback or dispute payment, but feel they have the right to modify an order without any ability for the customer to cancel. I suspect a bait and switch is going on here, given others claim they have form.

I just want to cancel the order now - but it looks like I have to go through the hassle of returning the items because of their c**k up.

You'd think they'd want customers ordering directly on their site to have a better experience.

Pm me if you fancy shifting your order on at cost (dependant on what it is/sizes!)

After so much messing around from orders I made on their website (that mostly didn't arrive). My 2 eBay orders were dispatched within 24hrs of ordering.

So - 2 Medium Jursey's and a free large T shirt arrived (no bibshorts). Its like a pair of shoes where only the left shoe are sent. No Return information included. I raised a "support ticket" 2 days earlier and get an email with a telephone number to call. Even though they have my phone number.

Frustrated that all the emials have noreply@bellend.com, there is no ability to go online and access an order that is out of stock and cancel it, there is no returns process, no proper contact info. They assume I want tops without bottoms. Really tempted to forward the info to trading standards as the law is pretty clear on distance selling.

I'm not planning to keep mine - so unless anyone wants the 2 tops in med (which actually look pretty good quality) and the free t-shirt. For cost plus postage. I'll be calling them to find a way to return them.

Alternatively if anyone wants 1 of the tops at cost + postage - I may file the other one in the can't be a**ed box.

Would anybody like a size L Belkin jersey - brand new, never worn, still in sealed packet. Sounds like sending it back will be a hassle so thought I'd check whether anyone on here wanted it first. Looking for £10 - can deliver in London / north Kent area, otherwise will charge lowest price I can get on postage (probably a couple of quid). PM me if interested.

    Does anyone have:
    a large pair of shorts
    med shorts and Jersey
    surplus to requirements?

Got my pair of jerseys today and all seems fine, except that the arms are a big baggy which is a bit of a shame. Still, they'll only be doing commuter duties.

At this point I suggest taking two tickets to the gun show and getting those dumbbells out.
