Best thing for me is I've never really done proper turbo training and only signed up to TR to do this but hooked on TR now, have been pretty impressed with it.
Have you seen any benefits on the road/ racing yet?I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0 -

I only signed up for it 2 weeks or so ago after a mate suggested I do the tour of sufferlandria so won't notice that kind of benefit yet. The benefit for me is that I have had the turbo for a while now but never really used it regularly and always just with music on going at my own pace. TR basically gives me a kick up the arse to structure it properly and I have found that I'm actually really getting into the data, and beat previous efforts. So hopefully come summer I will notice a difference on the road0 -
Well done to everyone who completed.
I finished but had to turn down to 90% for the 'sprints'. Because some of these were new to me it would be really good if TR had a preview box so I knew what effort was coming up.
Now I just need to work out what plan to follow next...Giant TCR2 and lovin it!

TOS 2015 done!
232.5 miles a TSS of 1141.
Proper mind over matter some of that like for example setting the alarm to get up early after working a night shift otherwise I wouldn't get that stage done.
I can honestly say though that the hardest workout despite it being the shortest was "Half is Easy".
That was absolutely brutal.....
Well a couple of days without going near the bike now before I decide what to do next?
I can't wait to see any benefits gained from doing TOS when getting out on the roads.
Oh and Trainer Road is an absolute fantastic turbo training tool.
I used to despise the turbo but now I can't wait for the next workout!0 -

Agree half is easy is horrible. Just relentless. I imagine it would be tough on its own but late on a Friday night after revolver and violator was just painful!0 -

How can 15 seconds feel so different when sprinting that seems to last forever but the 15 seconds recovery feels like a millisecond?!0 -
Oh and the neighbours would have heard a grown man scream out in pain during "Half is Easy"!0
