    I agree with Sophie - once you get to grips with what base layer to wear underneath in what temps it's a good bit of kit. Like all the Pro Team stuff though it's designed for going hard and so keeps you warm rather than making you warm

    I wore my Rapha waterproof base layer under my Rapha merino club Jersey with the jacket over the top in single digit temps driving wind & rain. Okay my average speed was very very slow but I wasn't cold and only wet from sweating, I tried the base layer and the jacket in mid teens temps and almost boiled alive.

    My conclusion is this stuff is great when it's cold if you want chilly & mild in one go Castelli
