Cracking story this climb has been. And it is only the first HC climb of the Tour. Nibali to win by 20 mins

Imagine the odds you'd have got on Nibs winning by 15+ mins!

Wonder if Cadel is regretting doing the Giro this year...he could have had a good shot at Tour x2, or at least one of the steps.

Nibali: Best on the classic stages (S2), on the cobbles, and now the MTFs. Dominance.

What's that plaster on Nibali's neck? joking. Has he crashed this tour?

I'm not his biggest fan but I have a huge amount of respect for him.

I would suspect Porte is ill - heat maybe?

Impressive by Nibali but really kill the GC battle stone dead

We will never know...personally I suspect that it would not have been nibs first on the MTF's.

On the hills, Contador would have been ahead of Nibs by a few seconds but how far would Froome have been down after the cobbles? More than Contador I bet.

Porte's gonna need to call Floyd for some coaching advice.

Enough to pull back the 2+mins they would/did lose of the cobbles? Would have been wonderful to watch though. Very squeaky bum though. Roll on the Vuelta

Contador would have been ahead of Nibali pretty comfortably.
