Road rash will clean thus heal faster ( avoiding infections ) and if we are honest it just looks better, so, yes! vanity too, it's not compulsory though. Shaving = Aero ? huuummmmm....yeah that is a myth...one must work on overall body weight, shape/size for that one.

I use clippers, then razor...I only shave up to the cycling short line as there is no benefit to do extra.....BTW I do not have monkey legs naturally :)

    logic ?? ....

2 offs this year in training and racing... both times top leg area took real scraping of skin...changing dressings up to 3 times a day for a number of days.. vanity doesnt come into it basically.

seems it's no myth, according to specialized's tests the drag is usefully lower, they found it saves over a minute average on a 40km tt, which is a lot if you're into tt...

Cant watch that link in work. but I'm pretty sure they said 40s off for 40km. They test at 30mph btw. Are many of us doing a 50 minute 25mi TT? It'd probably save 5-10 secs at that rate if youre doing 20mph, assuming youre on a solo 25 mile breakaway to hit the coffee stop first this Sunday. :D
All the above is just advice .. you can do whatever the f*ck you wana do!

Not quite "on topic" but FWIW my wife says use hair conditioner for shaving your legs(and probably any other place you see fit).

The "splash" sign in the background adds a lot of gayness to the photo.
