Well the final bits have fallen into place.

XT brakes for £117 from Ribble are too cheap to turn down especially as its a budget build :P  Also I've freed up the Pike off the Nomad as I have got a a 27.5" Fox 36 from stock which should well be my dream fork for that bike so I'm going to chop the spare air shaft to 140mm and then I just need the frame!

My rims and spokes arrive on Monday from China, no customs charges which is nice.

No news yet but that's not such a bad thing as it's been a expensive month! Hopefully it will be here late this month or early next.

They are extremely stiff with no flex at all plus my spokes were borderline a touch short so was tense tensioning!

Its arrived at the shop and is off to be invisframed up. It will be ready for collection on Friday but I might not be able to get it until Tuesday. We will have to see what happens.

I am not happy with the reliability of it. I am hoping that running it at 135mm will make for a more reliable damper. Running it at 160mm extends the damper shaft pretty far meaning any slight flex in the forks can cause the damper shaft to deflect and burp damper fluid from the seal head. Hopefully the extra insertion into the body will reduce this happening. Its not a isolated issue either, heard of plenty other people having the same sort of problem. In fact if you have the damper removed from the fork and wiggle the shaft a little bit you can make oil come out of it, pretty fucking shit really.

Anyhow here it is just waiting for invisiframe to do there stuff:

Love the stealth matte rims with no decal.. What colour you getting for the fork? I'd say white would work well
    But yeah, nice rack :)

That looks incredible, nice one! I'm pretty jealous I have to say. Think I'd be happy with something in the middle of those two (the bronson?) and have a v10c, if it was me, but still, wouldn't turn my nose up at either of those ;)

Really interested to find out how the LB rims take a bit of abuse! I am in the market for some new rims shortly.

Had mine 3 months now with no issues and running a narrower tyre to usual.
