    It's a simple thing, only used once in a while, in a maintenance kind of function.

    Yes, although "fix" is not technically correct. The other tool can't be broken or you can't use this one either.

    Hmmm, tricky to answer. No in the sense that you aren't "working" metal with it, but yes in the sense that you only use it with metal things. Or we did anyway!
