    Ever been to Bradford?

The only place where property values fall by £40,000 ! I find it amusing the developer is trying to back pedal by saying "it's now affordable housing, init".

Just goes to show you can convert a mill into a luxury apartment but if it's in an area like a Syrian war zone. People still won't want to live there no matter how nicely the apartment is decorated. Even the police station across the road had to fortify itself with a 10 foot wall and steel gate.

I'm not sure if you have been to Syria lately but if not you can take my word for it that Alsager makes Aleppo seem like a Sandals resort ....... More paedos and rapists in Alsager as well. Not to mention the fact that Alsager smells worse as well.

Went to Torquay today. Have to say it ranks pretty low for me. Very tatty in most parts. Only the front with its spanking new apartment block is passable.
