You are right, shouldn't it be hung rather than hanged?

You can be hung like a donkey or hanged until you are dead.
That's better, I was being far too sensible up thread.

I wouldn't get too hung up on it, you'll soon get the hang of grammar.

are you normally so pedantic? When I say normally, what I really mean is habitually. When I say rally mean, I meant to say or should I say....

Anyone with the ability to read reps can see he didn't do it.
There have been countless stories about this and if he were in there UK he would never have been found guilty, you see in America, Money leads the way almost every time.

That's because while he's banged up at Her Majesty's pleasure his wife will be getting banged for pleasure........by someone else

Apparently his wife wasn't at any of the court hearings.
Im surprised at the length of sentence, I think it is so severe he will have to appeal.
I can't get my head round the fact that you get sentenced on when the time of offence took place which to me is odd as it would mean a 90 year old man who committed murder in 1950 as a kid would now be hanged ?

Hanging, now that's a good idea, why waste good money putting these people up at Her Majesty's pleasure for x number of years when we could just throttle them.

No hanging for murder was repealed by statute, it can't happen.

Agree that he will appeal as its his right but 8 years isn't too long - the judge will have weighed up offences and all other factors, added a dollop of time because he's a kunt and then decided on the sentence.

Seems fair to me - if you can't do the time then don't go around abusing people - bet their pain lasted longer than 8 years.

As an aside, hanging a person is correct - meat is hung, people are hanged.

So he was actually fortunate to be sentenced according to the time at which the offences occurred, since counts 4-6 would have constituted rape after 2003. He really is a manipulative arsehole. Not sure how anyone can argue against Yewtree now that these crimes have been uncovered.
