Will Kwiato attack before the final climb in to Siena? Almost impossible to come round from 2nd in the last 200m.

Been thinking about this and cannot think what would make the best. Doubt he would be able to get a gap but if he does I imagine he could sustain it.

Valverde takes 3rd with ease. I'm sure he is kicking himself for not going with Sagan and Kwiatek.

How often do you see Sagan get beaten like that? Kwiatowski is in properly good form.

Valverde probably kicking himself he didn't go with Sagan and Kiwatkowski. Which is nice.

Evans in next with a good gap. Barguil next - impressive for the youngster.

Some great racing there. In the sun the sight of Strade Bianchi and then the climb into Siena is beautiful. Really pleased for Kwiatowski too. He comes across as a really nice bloke who's starting to fulfill his potential.

Was it just me, or did anyone else think that Sagan never really looked confident after Kwiatowski joined him?
