I'd get it from the shop. eBay is just a shop selling it at rrp anyway. Ie looked about and 10% is the best you will get brand new. I'm going with the croix too.0

I had a visit from the Geneis rep today, ebay listing of frames is frowned upon the brand so that shop selling on ebay is taking a risk.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0

Thanks for the contributions. I am definitely favouring my LBS over anyone else for obvious reasons. I was really just asking whether others had an LBS in their area offering good deals locally or online (I should have been clearer). I'm a fan of eBay for a lot of things but not sure I'd buy a frame online unless it was being sold by a company with an actual high street presence somewhere.
