I remember that. Came up as BF109 but maybe that's the German version?

Either way quite suitable as it will ******* fly :)

I like that. Although the Uberwagon may be the eventual name as it will still be doing Dads taxi duties until Stropteen gets her own tin box.

It would be easier getting insurance on a hotel in Kabul.

After a bit of consideration, I might call it Hannibal...

Finished emptying a room for tomorrows redecorating. Forecast heavy rain anyway.....
Time to reward myself with a malt, or two, or three and chill with streaming nonsense.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

    I did something very silly.
I stumbled on a link to a metallic grey 131 Mirafiori sport for sale....
I knew I shouldn't have clicked on that link.

    Fix it again Tony.

My other Dad had one for a short while. He was an accident insurance assessor. We had a different car every month.
I always, always remember them in the East African Safari Rally in the days when it was a 2000 mile slog during the rainy season.

Look: you can see my house

Very very few original one's left. They are still using them for rallying and you can buy brand new shells (from China  ) for £8k but...
If you want the same shell and you want it straight and strong, pay in excess of £20k. There's a company daan saaf that does the conversion (straightening),

Luckily Stropteens' car related venture has been delayed as she forgot to apply for a provisional license :)
