    Is that it then Crikey? All the pins out and casts off? I say 'casts' - that's a presumption, maybe it was one big cast and a straw hole(s) for nourishment/piddling.

    Yup, pretty much shipshape and Bristol fashion now. Nice 'bra strap' scar, permanent dull ache but back at work, driving and cycling again. Reacquainted with my two clients and back in routine. Social life returning with Sarah millican next weekend ... My girlfriends are going to pay me back for their recent steeleye span experience... Bless them
