If someone wants to lend it to me, I'm doing the Ride London this year with my missus on a tandem. If not, we'll be doing it on a 70s peugeot....http://www.georgesfoundation.org

Just in case anyone missed it first time round. You know, I don't think Mexico gets enough exposure in cycling.

At risk of turning this into sexist lech-fest, she is lovely...It's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.0 -
Can we please stop quoting the cameltoe picture?Red bikes are the fastest.0

My research tells me her name is Mayra Rocha http://www.cyclingarchives.com/coureurfiche.php?coureurid=71954
All research done in the *ahem* public interest, of course...It's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.0 -

Without kicking the hornet's nest ... Do you think that maybe we should keep this to pro gear?
There are other places on the board for stuff about random mexican girls and jerseys for joe punter ...
It's all getting a bit TdF 'spoiler' thread where there was more about cheese and rocks than the racing ... Great for some, but wearying after a while ...0 -
I agree with crankbrother on some things - no MTBs needed here either. Just road and maybe some track stuff.
Seeing pictures of pros is OK, but perhaps reposting the pictures because said pro is fairly attractive isn't needed - there are other threads for that too.
Some gear isn't "pro" though, like road bikes with disc brakes (or half the bikes we see on this thread for that matter) or the shirts above. Easy to define what is and isn't acceptable, harder to define what people want to see.Brim Cycling Channel - My YouTube Channel

Re the Mexican girl, yes she is pretty but the reason I posted is because I liked the kit.
Re non-pro/-road gear, well if I come across something i find interesting/attractive/etc there is a high likelihood someone else will so I post it here and if that happens not to be related to a pro road racer then so be it. I also find it better to post something non-pro in here rather than start another thread about it.
Jason/Crank do you have any contributions here or just an opinion? It is easier to complain then to make the effort to share something when you come across it.Contador is the Greatest0 -

As far as I'm concerned, you're doing a sterling job, FF, and thank you for it. Keep on posting what you find interesting.
I take some responsibility for diverting the thread somewhat, apologies to all for that. It's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.0 -

Agrred. A few photos are a bit off topic, but who cares? I think it's better to have too much than too little, or maybe i've just got too much time on my hands :oops:0 -

Xpedo pedal based powermeters...odd. Not sure you can corner with them either.
Contador is the Greatest0 -
That picture of the Xpedo pedals shows the cleat on the top so makes them look fatter. The bit on the bottom doesn't actually look that bulky, although clearance is a concern (striking a pedal when cornering is bad, striking a really expensive pedal that incorporates a powermeter would be terrible!). I'll be keeping an eye on these - sound like they should be easy to switch between bikes and the price is supposed to be quite competitive so might be a good option for a skinflint fancying a powermeter...0

That picture really confused me, I couldn't work out what was going on at all.
This picture from the BikeRadar article is much clearer:

Not sure about that name, Xpedo. How is pronounced? It's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.0
